Q: Do I have to be home while you do the cooking?

A: No, you do not.  You and I will discuss arrangements for entry into your home prior to the first visit if you are unable to be home.

Q: How often are your visits?

A: I typically do the cooking in your home once a week.  However, some clients prefer the visits to be every other week.  We will decide on an agreed upon day and time for the visits.

Q: Do you bring your own equipment?

A: No.  I use the equipment that you have in your kitchen.  However, if there is something that you do not have, I'm happy to bring what I've got.

Q: How long are you in my kitchen cooking?

A: The amount of time I spend in your home is dependent on the number of meals and their complexity.  This typically works out to be between 3 and 5 hours that I spend in your home.

Q: Do you charge by the hour or do you charge a flat fee?

A: I charged my clients an hourly rate.  This allows my service to be completely customizable.  You will not be locked in to a meal package and can vary the number of meals that you would like week to week without being overcharged.

Q: What areas do you serve?

A:I serve the greater Puget Sound region, within a 25 mile radius of Seattle.*

Q: How long are the meals good for after they are prepared?

A: Most meals will last the week. Thins like seafood and chicken should be eaten first while soups and casseroles will last longer. If freshness is a concern, freezer friendly meals can be prepared.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?

A: Yes, I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

*Note: I am happy to serve outside of this area for a small transportation fee.
