About Chef Todd

Hi, I'm Chef Todd Ellersick and I have had a life-long love of food.  Growing up, I learned to cook and grew to love experimentation in the kitchen.  It may have started when my dad would make me oyster stew or bring home fried chicken gizzards as a snack.  What three year old would like that, right?  Well, I did and I still remember it today.  I am a 2012 graduate of the Seattle Culinary Academy.  After which, I worked for a year in a local restaurant before beginning my work as a personal chef in the fall of 2013.  My goal, as a personal chef, is to provide you with delicious, healthy, home cooked meals for you to share with your loved ones.
